Special Audit

We carry out voluntary audits of corporations and private companies that are not subject to statutory audits. The audits are carried out according to IDW audit standards corresponding to the requirements for statutory audits as per § 317 HGB. Against credit institutions it is beneficial to have an audited annual financial statement. And it is indispensable while disposing off a company. Shareholders of companies with external managements trust our audits.

On request by creditors, we prepare annual financial statements with plausibility audits for small corporates or for private companies and individual enterprises, which are not subject to statutory audits. These are carried out as per the communiqués of the Federal Chamber of Tax Advisors dated 22/23.10.2001.
